One of the goals of  a Full Half Glass is to chronicle some of my favourite recipes that I have enjoyed over the years.  I’d say I’m not a bad cook, actually pretty good when it comes to cooking meat, not so good with the veges and desserts but I like to have a go from time to time.  The majority of these favourite recipes are simple, quick and easy to make, so most can be made, start to finish, in 60 minutes or less.
